Entrepreneurship For Students : Program Information
Welcome, students!

The Entrepreneurship Initiative was launched specifically with college students in mind. In an effort to increase entrepreneurial activity in the local region, Mr. Grinspoon rallied representatives from thirteen area colleges and universities to create a strong collaboration and partnership for the benefit of students pursuing their education in the Pioneer Valley.

His goal was to promote entrepreneurship education through courses at each participating institution as well as through hands-on involvement, such as Entrepreneurial Spirit Award  opportunities and an annual Elevator Pitch Competition.  Winners will be asked to fill out a Press Release Form.

Since 2002, the Initiative partnership has grown stronger allowing students and faculty to share, learn and grow from one another’s experiences and resources. Examples of collaboration included the Annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet as well as the Annual Grinspoon, Garvey and Young Entrepreneurship Conference.

For more information about how you can participate in the Initiative through your institution, contact the faculty advisor  at your institution.
